Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Job Site Project Management Intern administratively supports the Project Administrative Assistant, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers.

Job Title: Project Management Assistant - Intern

The ideal candidate will be assigned to assist the Project Management Assistant with administrative support. The candidate must be able to learn job site required processes, have ability to multi-task. Must work well as a team with other Project Management Support and under pressure.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the job site.

  • Ordering Office Supplies

  • Copying

  • Updating Electrical Panel Inventories

  • Maintain all electronic ACC Build Updates

  • Manage and organize all field paperwork as necessary.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company information

  • Review Drawings and able to understand drawings to write RFI’s

  • Review and prepare submittal documents

  • Review Drawings and able to fill out take spreadsheets.

  • Print construction drawings or send to off-site printing company.

  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information

  • Prepare documents and minutes for meetings

  • Support the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on any data entry tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Be a team player

Physical Requirements

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
