Über die Rolle:

Als Produktionscontroller bist du der/die Sparring Partner:in des Plant Manager in Dübendorfund unterstützt das Fabrik Management bei der Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen und Verbesserungsinitiativen.Du bist das finanzielle Gewissen der Fabrik und hilfst, Verbesserungsmassnahmen erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Zu deinen Verantwortlichkeiten gehören:

  • “Sparring Partner:in”und finanzielles Gewissen des Plant Manager

  • Volle Verantwortungfür den Budget- und Forecast-Prozess des Werksin Dübendorf inkl. Aufbereitung der monatliche Soll/Ist Analysen

  • Arbeiten derKalkulationsgrundlagen für das Pricing

  • Unterstützen des monatlichen Abschluss für das Werk und Erstellen des Finanzberichts der Gruppe

  • MonatlichesReporting lokal und an die Gruppe (BOF) sowie Aktualisierung

der monatlichen KPI- und Dashboard-Berichte

  • Abrechnen und analysieren von Fertigungsaufträgen in SAP

  • Verantwortung der Materialbewegungen und der Standardkosten in SAP

  • Validierung und Unterstützung der Investitionsprojekte

  • Make-or-buy Analysen und Simulierung von Projektanträgen

  • Aufbereiten und analysieren der Rohstoff Abdeckung / Hedging

  • Unterstützung des Finance BP und des Plant Managers bei verschiedenen Analysen

Dein Profil

  • Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder höhere fachspezifische Aus- und Weiterbildungen im Rechnungswesen und Controlling

  • mind 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Controlling / Accounting / Finance Rolle in einem Industrieunternehmen

  • Interesse an den operativen Prozessen im Bereich Operations / Supply Chain und Bereitschaft 2 - 3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Dübendorf zu arbeiten

  • Sehr gute SAP (FI/CO/MM) und BW Kenntnisse

  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Suite, vor allem Excel

  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit, die gerne selbstständig und strukturiert arbeitet, auch unter Zeitdruck

  • Proaktive und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die ein Teamplayer ist

  • Durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit, welche Sachverhalte hinterfragt und nach Lösungen sucht
