MercyOne is seeking a full-time Cardiac Surgical APP with experience in cardiovascular surgery and ICU. An ideal candidate would be able to perform minor surgical procedures, be involved in perioperative management of patients, consultations, placing orders, discharge summaries, and patient teaching. The provider will provide care for hospitalized patients in both the pre-operative and post-operative settings. Hours are Monday – Friday call required with physicians supporting time off.

Qualifications

•Certification as an ARNP or PA with a current licensure in the state of Iowa.

•Experience in Cardiovascular Surgery, Vein Harvesting and ACLS certification required.
