Description As a Senior Manager leader you will be focused in mechanical process technology in which you will contribute to Solenis business objectives through use and application of standard and advanced technologies, from the conceptual phase through the task completion phase. In addition, you will also be analying existing processing and manufacturing lines and identify areas for process improvement through implementation of engineering principles and lean methodologies and will be supporting Solenis goals (OEE, cost, productivity) for assigned plants or value streams, Works closely with operations and maintenance staff providing direction in support of predictive and preventative maintenance, breakdown repair activities, and quality issue resolution. Other tasks will include: Define and implement process improvements through capital projects to improve sustainability and reliability and reduce waste. Ensure process documentation including engineering drawings, operating specifications, process flow diagrams, quality systems, and PFMEA's (with associated process Risk Priority Numbers) are developed or updated and kept current. Collaborate with cross functional project teams supporting commercialization efforts for new products and existing product updates, including equipment modifications, trial execution, and full-scale production launch. Lead and form a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and develop regional leaders to help to establish an organization that builds and retains top talent, empowering the team to bring creativity and innovation allowing the team to have job satisfaction and feel valued. Coach and align employee`s development plans with organizational objectives. Recognize and support career progression through leadership and technical learning paths. Promote a safety culture, pushing for continuous improvements across the engineering community. Demonstrate ownership of safety at all levels. Qualifications Required Degree: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Related degree Requirments: Over 10 year's experience leading large engineering capital projects and associated plant manufacturing improvement projects. Managing Operational / Engineering budgets $15m+. Understanding and direct experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts. Experience in a CPG and/or chemical manufacturing facility, specifically primary and secondary packaging of bottled liquids, wet wipes, powders, and other chemical related packaging processes.
