SAAS Global Solutions is looking for RF Design Engineers to work in Dublin, Ohio and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Must possess Master's Degree or equivalent* in Electronics Engineering or related field and exp. in 2G/3G/4G/LTE KPI performance analyzing, reporting with recommendation of KPI improvement and presenting drive test; assist and guide DTE during testing. * In lieu of Master's Degree, a Bachelor's plus five years of experience is acceptable. Job Duties Supporting NR SA/NSA, LTE optimization for project and MS services in T-Mobile project; Monitor the OneData Alerts on the drive area, and work with TMO for resolution; Actix & NT tool final Updates/911 Submission; Working with T-Mobile tools, OneData, Truecall, ActixOne, Atoll, Asset,Starling, IMNOS and RFDS; Basic Sanity check on sites every morning; Parameter & Neighbour Planning, audit, trail, optimization;  Coordination the drive test plan with multiple team; Pull the report from Actix and report on progress; Apply strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows to meet any daily demand; Work with network performance management functions including trending, analysis, monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting; Maintain GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR Network KPI's by analysing daily Statistics & KPI Reports LTE/NR Parameter, baseline audit to clear the discrepancies network level; Daily troubleshooting for worst cells in LTE VoLTE & NSA NR to improve the KPI of Accessibility / Retainability / Mobility / Throughput cell & Network level; Certification of new layer/sites, RSSI Troubleshooting (RFST) & providing recommendation; Cluster level, site level drive report validation and provide suggestions to improve KPI's. 2G/3G/4G/LTE KPI performance analyzing, reporting with recommendation of KPI improvement and presenting drive test; assist and guide DTE during testing; Position may require travel. Minimum Requirements: Education Master's Degree or equivalent* in Electronics Engineering or related field. * In lieu of Master's Degree, a Bachelor's plus five years of experience is acceptable. Experience: 6 months experience in the position offered or related position.
