The Incentive Management Client Manager (IMCM) is responsible for collaborating with the client/consultant on the incentive management design and implementing programs for their assigned book of business. The implementation process includes development of the scope of work, determining reporting requirements and communication needs. Also responsible for reporting program statistics and data to measure program effectiveness. What you'll do Facilitate the client/consultant relationship related to Incentive Management; assist with program design, incentive and appropriate wellness platform/incentive checklist. Develop the scope of work documents for Incentive Management programs for assigned book of business, including reporting requirements and communications needs. Responsible for the coordination of the key tasks, milestones and deadlines associated with the implementation of the Incentive Management program for assigned book of business. Participate in client report meetings. Collaborate with internal resources to ensure book of business incentive programs are configured, supported and measured. Audit compliance and participation files/data to ensure quality reporting. Analyze program participation data to ensure proper detailed program evaluations and measure of program effectiveness. Address and/or escalate client Incentive Management program issues to ensure timely resolution. Communicate status and resolution of issues to clients/consultants. Communicate client activity with CEG team, as appropriate. All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in wellness-related discipline or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years' of work experience in corporate wellness/incentive design Project/account management experience preferred Strong planning and organizational skills with critical attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working in cross-functional teams and facilitating resolution of issues to meet external and internal expectations Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work with team members and customers in a professional, friendly manner Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal direction.
