About the role The Client Executive is the primary relationship manager for existing Quantum Health clients, focusing client satisfaction and retention, client member satisfaction, service delivery, and account reporting and analysis. They drive client retention and increased revenue generation by securing contract renewals, selling additional Quantum Health services, and continuously monitoring/ensuring that SLAs are met and that Quantum Health's value proposition is realized within their assigned account portfolio. What you'll do Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned client portfolio, providing overall, strategic oversight of their client experience, including additional service recommendations and issue resolution. Position yourself as a trusted Quantum Health SME by building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders and advisors. Convey clients' strategic goals within the Quantum Health organization, developing a plan involving other functions and team members as needed and ensuring successful execution. Manage operational deliverables, based on client needs, to ensure client and Quantum success. Manage the financial relationship with clients, negotiating contract renewals, etc. along with all client performance reporting and analysis. Provide guidance to clients to optimize their Quantum Health partnership, such as driving member engagement, integrating with other vendor partners, etc. Reinforce the Quantum story and value to both the client and the members to ensure client satisfaction and retention of membership and growth of revenue. Form effective, highly collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders to better serve assigned clients with actionable insights, reporting, and recommendations. Partner with dedicated implementation teams as needed to successfully onboard new clients. All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent. Experience: 5+ years' related industry experience in consulting, business development, sales, customer success, client engagement, required; employee benefits/healthcare industry experience preferred with mid-size and/or enterprise clients preferred. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence; comfortable presenting strategic/data-driven content to decision makers in-person and virtually. Expert administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently. Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform experience (we use Salesforce). Willingness to routinely travel to and from assigned client visits (we average 4-8 travel days/month).
