Google Technical Program Manager, Global New Product Introduction in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Candidates typically have 3 years of experience in program, product or project management through PLC processes.

  • Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience within complex organizational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability/experience to manage complex projects involving team members from multiple disciplines and geographies.

  • Knowledge of program management spanning planning, execution, and program delivery.

  • Knowledge of buildings design, detailing, coordination, and construction.

  • Knowledge of civil/structural engineering principles, practices, and related technical areas.

  • Provide end-to-end (concept, development, validation, and launch) ownership of all core products within your designated area (i.e., Mechanical Yard, Electrical Yard, Server Hall, Controls Systems, etc.) acting as a single point of contact for driving scope, schedule, cost, and resource management.

  • Drive cross-functional Product Development with velocity, simplicity, cost, and new tech-insertion considerations with purpose.

  • Work closely with PDI, Programs and Systems team, and the Electrical and Mechanical/Structural engineering teams within ATI to define and deliver on all product PRDs.

  • Lead and influence others as part of projects or programs, fostering relationships, trust, and collaboration.

  • Manage large-scale design program and project plans within your designated area from inception through completion following product life cycle strategies.
