re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for Operations Technicians for its Reverse Logistics operation based in Dublin, Ireland. Our mission is to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics and electronic equipment (UEEE) through secure and environmentally sustainable practices supporting asset

Key job responsibilities

• WMS - Shipping & Receiving parts, maintain inventory accuracy, carry out audits and disposition as prescribed by inventory/warehouse management system.

• Unload, Pick & Pack orders/parts for shipment across local, EU and non-EU sites.

• Failure Analysis - conduct a range of, testing, repair, and disassembly across a variety of Data Center IT equipment

• Line Operator on assembly/disassembly activities

• Manual Handling - frequent lifting of materials and products.

• Inventory Management – maintain precise records of all commodities – inbound and outbound.

5S - Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Dublin, IRL

Basic Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds

  • Knowledge of server hardware and components

  • 3 years experience in IT Repair, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing or Supply Chain.

  • Good level of English language skills, able to read and take direction in English.

  • May participate in group lifts of

  • Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

  • Regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

  • Coordinate body movements when using tools or equipment.

  • Reach and stretch to position equipment and fixtures while maintaining balance.

  • Perform physical tasks all day without becoming overly tired.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure

  • Demonstrated positive work attitude & leadership skills.

  • A recognized third level professional qualification in their field (Diploma or higher).

  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Understanding of shipping & receiving, inventory and distribution warehousing practices.

  • Knowledge of IT Industry Logistics would be an advantage.

  • Reach Truck License.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform above minimum for extended periods of time.

  • Commitment to a culture of safety & security.

  • Knowledge of Inventory Management tools.

  • Ability to operate to own initiative.
