Meta Integrity Compliance Manager in Dublin, Ireland

Summary:

Meta is looking for a Compliance Manager to help build and drive our new Integrity Compliance Function and to focus on risks/controls/issues management and assurance. The ideal candidate would be an experienced, motivated XI/Operations expert with a keen interest in helping to design/input into maturing compliance frameworks, the evolving global content regulatory landscape, impacting advertising as well as user-generated content.

Required Skills:

Integrity Compliance Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that content related regulatory risks/controls/issues are effectively identified, documented and mitigated with associated documents/assessments updated

  2. Ensure that Meta’s central frameworks adequately capture and describe related regulatory risks/controls/issues

  3. Oversee and help drive the design/continuous iteration of inputs into content related risk assessments/controls/frameworks

  4. Manage the delivery of the requirements as set out in the Statement of Work with wider Integrity Compliance teams

  5. Evaluate and prepare escalation papers on risks/control effectiveness/issues lifecycle & management , for review by the DSA Head of Compliance, various internal forums including the MPIL Board and external parties, where applicable

  6. Oversee internal compliance review and monitoring activities with respect to integrity compliance related obligations across Meta’s family of products Enhance Meta’s compliance programs with respect to integrity compliance obligations

  7. Monitor compliance with crisis protocols and codes of practice

  8. Build relationships and interface closely with a diverse set of Compliance, Legal, Risk, Integrity and Operations partners, subject matter experts, internal control partners and/or first line risk management professionals

  9. Actively support the Head of the Compliance Office in the rapid maturation of a new Compliance Function

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in XI/Ops

  2. Experience with risk/mitigation strategies, and evolving governance frameworks/forums within a global company

  3. Deep Interpersonal experience interfacing with all levels of partners and stakeholders

  4. Comfortable with ambiguity

  5. Operational experience of implementing content-related regulations

  6. Demonstrable experience liaising with internal and external audiences such as regulators and auditors

  7. Experience in Legal and Compliance related programs or Internal Audit with specific subject matter expertise and a business understanding of risks, controls, and issues within content regulation
