WTW Group Risk Administrative Consultant in Dublin, Ireland

The Role

The Health and Benefits practice is responsible for advising WTW clients on all aspects of managing the health and wellbeing of their workforce. Advising on and implementing Group risk benefits, group health insurance schemes and other health and wellbeing related insurances are a key aspect of this service.

  • Group Risk Benefits Segment Specialist - manages an agreed portfolio of clients and can independently process the following tasks (end to end):

  • Managing a portfolio of group corporate clients in relation to their Death in Service & Income Protection benefits

  • Liaising with life assurance companies, clients, consultants and third parties

  • Processing life assurance and income protection annual renewals from pre-renewal to issuing final renewal stages

  • Liaise with the WTW pensions administrator where required when processing scheme renewals / member claims

  • Managing the CRM and workflow systems (Dynamics, Benefits Engine)

  • Ensure that the Risk Renewal Process on the workflow system is kept up to date

  • Managing the underwriting process on a scheme and individual level from start to end

  • Processing death claims and income protection claims

  • Ensuring regulatory requirements, compliance deadlines and service level agreements are adhered to throughout daily processes

  • Managing client correspondence (In and Out)

  • Manage confidential information

  • Adhering to all data protection requirements

  • Attend client meetings / conference calls as required

The Requirements

  • Applicant should have obtained the QFA designation.

  • Experience in group risk administration or consulting strongly desired

  • The ability to work independently and within a team with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment

  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to priorities and work under time pressures
