Google Director, Large Customer Sales, Israel Market in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and commercial leadership, with a focus on digital and online experience.

  • Experience in sales coaching, mentoring, team management, and delivering on business goals.

  • Experience in working in multinational environments and organizations.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams that consist of multiple levels of management (i.e. teams that have scale and a magnet for talent).

  • Experience working in the Israeli market or with Israeli businesses.

  • Project management experience and/or ability to deliver across a variety of teams.

  • Experience as a people manager with the ability to build a high performing sales team and build a team culture.

We take responsibility for driving business generation and ensuring our products are well adopted. gTech, Platforms, and Google Customer Solutions are key partners for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams in the Hub and the Country Leader and in-country team plays a critical role in working with these partners to get the best of Google.

As Director, you be responsible for bringing the best of the Hub to our Israeli Customers and In Country teams. Developing the right strategy for the market, with the In-Country leadership team, and then configuring the organization and specialist teams to be well aligned and deliver. You will use strategic and business experience to anticipate where the market and our products are going and to develop a plan to best position Google for that future.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Increase business by growing Google’s relationships with key current online advertisers, and identify and acquire new clients within the less penetrated segments of the marketplace.

  • Work closely with our customers to develop and implement new approaches to improve Google’s account management practices.

  • Lead and mentor the team, developing their skills in areas such as relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification and solution selling.

  • Develop and process improve a flexible business model that balances best practice methods with Google’s unique culture. Contribute to the executive management team at Google, and engage with key multidisciplinary stakeholders, both external and internal, including Marketing, Engineering and Product Development.
