Veralto Account Manager - Ireland in Dublin, Ireland

As an Account Manager you will be part of the Videojet sales team, and will be field based . We are a close-knit team, with office-based support and field engineers, so our associates are never ‘on their own’. You will be responsible for building relationships, managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, in a fast paced, multinational and diverse team.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

· After a period of on the job (and ongoing) training, shadowing, hands on learning, you will become a trusted advisor and partner for our customers, to develop excellent relationships.

· Once you are trained and ready, you will secure and grow revenue within your region by selling and demonstrating Videojet solutions to existing and new customers

· Collaborate and work closely with internal teams

· Lead sales activity through sales metrics using our CRM (SalesForce.com)

· Travel across the territory to new and existing customer sites to understand potential challenges and how Videojet can help fulfil those needs

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:

· Actively participate in a full immersive onboarding experience, to learn about who Videojet are and what we do

· Have experience of using problem solving skills and created solutions to resolve issues

· Identify the needs of new customers and find the most appropriate Videojet solution to meet the customer's needs, managing their expectations and drive results.

· Develop new approaches for daily and standard work, and thus shape the future of your role

· Hold a full UK driving licence, for at least a minimum of 12 months
