GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Manager of Visual Presentation will support signage initiatives including seasonal signage for both Ross and dd's brands. These include, but are not limited to, proposing and supporting new signing strategies, supporting the creative and print vendors and related budgets to deliver multiple signing packages throughout the year. The Manager will work closely with merchandising operations, strategic sourcing, store operations, marketing, and the buying offices.

The base salary range for this role is $90,300 - $136,350. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for executing on signage initiatives for Ross and dd's brands with a focus on project management, vendor management, problem solving and process management. May have responsibility for direct report(s) if needed.

• Supports the development of store signage initiatives and seasonal signage including all store graphics, layout, and signing guides, to ensure that they meet business and presentation needs, as well as federal and state laws.

• Recommends processes and manages communication flow to all partners including field team that supports all initiatives.

• Partners with the merchandising operations, buying office, strategic vendor sourcing, purchasing, finance and store operations team for input and successful execution of seasonal signing programs.

• Owns relationships with outside vendors to design, produce and distribute signing packages. Recommend ways to improve signing packages and efficiencies in terms of design, production, installation and overall cost.

• Support overseeing all expense budgets associated with all related signing projects. Understands the long-range implications of all initiatives and is able to make recommendations to evaluate ROI on all projects.

• Schedules and conducts regular and ad hoc store visits to research, analyze and evaluate projects as necessary. Serves as a subject matter expert on store signage strategies and other visual programs and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 5 years of retail visual presentation in signing and design with demonstrated experience

• Must possess practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Power Point and Excel

• 2-3 year's experience developing and maintaining capital and expense budgets

• Ability to effectively understand and manage signage processes

• Ability to communicate in a clear concise manner (verbal and written) at all audience levels

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively

• Proven ability to coach and develop teams with 2+ years managing diverse teams preferred

• Ability to proactively drive solution-oriented results

• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment

• BA or BS degree preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

This role requires regular in-office presence, including attending in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.#LI-Hybrid
