Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive - Operations at The Green Planet . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include :
Oversee, and manage staff members to ensure the operational readiness of the products or experience operationally and identify any potential issues to report to associate director of operations & curator.
To ensure departmental staff members always deliver a high level of interaction with the guests and promote upselling and drive revenue.
To plan and oversee all protocols and trainings in Operations to ensure 100% adherence to HS&E
Chairwoman / Chairman of the HS&E Committee of The Green Planet
To plan and execute monthly HS&E meetings and include all relevant departments.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of all staff, including opening and closing operations of the facility.
To be fully aware and knowledgeable of all products, experiences, rates, promotions, and general facility info to promote, suggest and up-sell products to Guests, which will in-turn increase revenue, per cap and Guest satisfaction.
Oversee start to end results of members handling Guests feedback and complaints. Review and approve appropriate service recovery for service failures after approval from associate director of operations & curator.
Oversee proper communication and execution of Marketing campaigns on site as advised by associate director / Marketing Team.
Oversee communication and execution of Media Filming, Influential or Media Visits on site.
Liaise closely with other departments to ensure smooth running of the facility and communicate with associate director of operations & assistant manager curator.
Review and prepare weekly and daily schedule for Guest Relations Associates and Education Team.
Review and prepare daily duty manager report.
To oversee all Guest feedback, requests, and concerns in order to advise and implement service recoveries in an ethical, effective and timely manner to exceed Guests expectations. Investigate incidents and report to Management.
To represent & promote Dubai Holding entertainment in a positive manner to maintain a professional brand image.
All other duties as assigned by Associate Director of Operations
Ensure safe and organized evacuation methods according to SOP and training.
Duty Manager, roles, and responsibilities.
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience
Highest level of guest service regarding Health and Safety, Guest Courtesy and Efficiency
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
