About The Role

Senior editorial producer will have a key function in project managing all creative content campaigns for 5 brands. This role will be fully responsible for managing budgets, photoshoot execution and administration. The role will be critical in delivering projects to stringent deadlines as well as driving strategic liaison with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing production for all BAU shoots, pre and post, and handover of assets.

  • Managing production for all Campaign shoots, including abroad.

  • Drive monthly and yearly calendar.

  • Manage workflow and meet asset deadlines.

  • Drive communications with other stakeholders.

  • Lead weekly production meetings to monitor schedules and liaise with key task owners.

  • Source and book all talent, location, equipment and props for shoot in liaison with Fashion Editors and Art Directors.

  • Prepare and communicate detailed production schedules and timings to all key stake holders

  • Effectively manage all quotes, invoices and billing for all shoots.

  • Manage budgets

  • Keep clear tracking of all charges: make quarterly reports.

  • Manage production on set during the shoot.

  • Outline workflow procedures and schedules for all 5 channels.

  • Deliver seasonal shoot calendar for all 5 digital channels

  • Work closely with leading stakeholders for Marketing and Creative content.

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as editorial producer for luxury e-commerce, publication or proven experience producing for luxury brands.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE and local production requirements.

  • Possess good database of talent contacts.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Demonstrate a high degree of pro-activity and resourcefulness.

  • Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems.

  • Diligent, detail-orientated and self-driven.

  • Must cope well in pressurised environments and remain professional in all elements of the role.
