How will you help change the future with us?

· Responsible for the overall procurement volume (direct/indirect materials and services) in the assigned business regional unit

· Project buyer for Siemens Advanta EMEA (MEA Projects)

· Implementation of market analysis for the material fields for which you are responsible (e.g. IT Consulting services, Software, Hardware)

· Collaboration in the cross-functional purchasing strategy including the search, selection, and development of suitable national /international suppliers.

· Execution of procurement processes: advice, clarification, preparation and creation of professional tenders, negotiation and contract drafting with complex legal and negotiating requirements

· Structured selection, ongoing evaluation, and consistent development of suppliers

· Coordinate Commercial / Legal preparation and processing of supply agreements

· Collaboration with Commercial Sales (commercial offer project management for smaller offers, support on complex offer projects)

· Responsible to coordinate third-party vendors purchase order processing.

What you need to bring to make real what matters.

· University degree in technical or commercial studies

· 5+ years of experience as a strategic buyer and / or salesperson, preferably in the IT solution business, with sound commercial skills and knowledge of local contract law (UAE, KSA)

· Experience in drafting contracts, in project management and in purchasing or sourcing IT software and / or cloud solutions, also in the IT service or hardware area

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Fluent business English. Arabic, or other foreign language(s) desirable

· Determination, professional competence, initiative, ability to work in a team, flexibility, ability to analyze, result and quality orientation, customer orientation.
