About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join The Hide's service team of Jumeirah Al Qasr . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Administrational
Prepares detail postmortem to all special activities launched in the outlet.
Updates SOPs through Mercury as and when needed.
Communicate new or amended procedures to relevant departments/ colleagues in a timely manner, ensuring they have been understood.
Control department forms and records according to the JI standards for Document Control, including (but not limited to):
Operational
Implement the marketing activities and record analysis report.
Implements systems/ measures to control F&B costs within budget guidelines, minimize wastage and maximize productivity.
Conducts regular briefings and meetings to ensure all colleagues receive the information necessary to perform their jobs.
Maintains a working knowledge of relevant sections within the JI Food Hygiene SOP and ensure the Outlet meets these standards at all times.
Financial
Implement strategies to achieve desired financial performance.
Communicate outlet financial objectives to the line staff on a daily basis – in terms they will understand.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
A minimum 3-4 years' experience in a managerial role within a luxury hotel.
Essentially, we are looking for someone that holds a hotel or hospitality degree.
Experience needed in a premium fine dining establishment in a 5–star Hotel on a management level.
Good command in English (spoken & written), fluent in another language is desirable.
