We are looking for a cyber security manager to join our team and lead our cyber security practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cyber security services to our internal teams, managing our environment, and evaluating then continually improving the platform. You will also ensure that our own systems and data are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
As a Cyber Security Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring continuous monitoring for threats, security events, responding to incidents, and reporting on security posture
Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber security projects, including risk assessments, audits, penetration testing, incident response, and remediation
Evaluate threat intelligence capabilities with proactive identification and mitigation of risks
Monitor and evaluate the cyber security landscape and emerging threats, and provide recommendations and best practices to the firm
Oversee the creation of a cyber security team and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback
Create, maintain and improve security policies, processes, and procedures establishes a strong security foundation
Ensure that our own systems and data are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations, and implement policies and procedures to enhance our cyber security posture
Collaborate across IT teams to foster a unified approach to security
Develop and maintain relationships with teams & stakeholders and communicate effectively on cyber security issues and solutions

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Strong written and spoken English
At least five years of experience in cyber security, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or OSCP are preferred
Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, etc
Proficient in cyber security tools and techniques, such as vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, malware analysis, forensics, etc
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
