Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner assumes the following responsabilities

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Payroll:

Enter data into the HR tool in accordance with local policy.

Conduct preliminary checks and process monthly pre-payroll, performing initial level control.

Data:

Compile and prepare monthly reports, performing initial level control.

Time and attendance:

Ensure time and attendance is processed and overtime is approved.

Inform employees and managers in case of deviation to the policy.

Training:

Book training with supplier.

Manage training needs through the company.

Hiring:

Recruit qualified candidates, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and oversee the onboarding/offboarding process.

Project:

The HRBP will lead local projects to improve processes and tools.

Complementary Description

Degree & experience:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Possess more than five years of human resource experience.

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive and independent with initiative.

Highly organized, excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Ability to maintain an extremely high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.

Specificity of the job
