Description

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is looking for a Superstar Program Manager. FBA is a growing business built around Amazon’s world class capability in Ordering, Fulfillment, Transportation and Customer Service. By leveraging our current scale and supply chain, FBA can provide a low cost alternative for fulfillment and enable sellers to rapidly grow their business. This is an opportunity for you to advance your leadership and operational skills within a highly visible and strategic program. The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys owning business and taking those strategic decisions while striking the delicate balance between growth , seller experience and profitability.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Own medium/long term planning and designing processes to increase FBA inbound relevancy across Middle East and North Africa.

  • Understand seller pain points, develop strategic vision and implement tactical moves to reduce seller friction around replenishment

  • Build a strategy/roadmap to fuel volume growth and in the process work with multiple stakeholder teams like account management, capacity planning, sales & operations planning and product team to execute the same.

  • Own certain P&L Line items related to strategic investment areas and balance the costs vs growth.

  • Own programs/processes directly that are critical to seller experience

  • Work with cross-functional teams to surface analytics/data points necessary to improve seller satisfaction and FBA adoption.

Demonstrated Abilities:

  • Experience using problem solving and analytical skills in a business environment

  • Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering business improvements.

  • The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.

  • The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon's cross-matrix organization is critical to the success of this role.

  • Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience

  • 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 4+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
