The Title and Registration Coordinator I is the key link between Driveway, the selling dealership, and the coordination of activities related to completion of the DMV/title paperwork on the car deal. Successful individuals will possess a high attention to detail, quality communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction, building strong relationships internally and with the dealership teams.

The Title and Registration Coordinator I report to the Driveway DMV Manager.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday

  • Pay: Starting @ $18/H

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate each transaction between Driveway and the selling dealership

  • Process all transaction paperwork, with a high level of detail and accuracy

  • Verify all customer documents as necessary

  • Maintain solid operational controls

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous DMV experience preferred

  • Previous experience with New and Used Car Title and Licensing experience preferred

  • Sense of urgency and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication
