Institutional Retirement Marketing Manager Strategist
Are you a self-starter with marketing experience in supporting both overall business/sales development and marketing strategic plans in the retirement industry? Prudential is hiring for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for owning and taking the lead in identifying key ideas & concepts and driving them into actionable content for our Institutional Retirement Strategies businesses. This person will have a strong sales understanding and be proactive in anticipating the business's needs with the ability to identify key opportunities that will drive the businesses' goals. It will be vital that this person understands the sales process, the needs of the institutional retirement businesses, and experience in effectively implementing impactful strategic plans.
What you can expect: This individual will lead the development of industry thought leadership and take complex institutional content and transform it into highly engaging content. This role will primarily work across Prudential's Pension Risk Transfer, International Reinsurance, Stable Value, and Structured Settlements businesses. An analytical mindset will be important as we look to use data, metrics and analytics to drive engaging marketing content.
What you'll need: * 8 years of marketing or business experience within the retirement markets space with a preference for domestic and international pension risk transfer, stable value and/or structured settlement experience * Significant exposure and understanding of the sales process, and successfully creating, implementing and measuring impactful sales marketing programs * Experience in developing thought leadership related to the institutional retirement businesses with a focus on both strategy and the actual content development * Demonstrated project management skills, very organized with high attention to detail, and excellent follow-up and follow-through * Independent self-starter who takes ownership of their initiatives and projects * Excellent verbal and written communication skills---strong marketing storyteller * Exceptional presentation development skills with the ability to take complicated messages and simplifying them for various audiences * Demonstrated experience with B2B and B2B2C * Experience developing sales leads programs * Excellence in developing omni channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance-based marketing
It'd be a plus if you had: * Experience and expertise with digital marketing platforms (Adobe suite experience) * Experience developing segmentation strategies in highly complex market environment

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
