How you can make a difference With general direction and considerable latitude for independent judgment and discretion, this position will gather business information and mold it into actionable decisions for Product. You will leverage your expertise in data products and AI to provide valuable insights, drive strategic decisions, and optimize business processes. The position requires flexibility and creativity in gathering and interpreting information to then be translated into detailed business requirements or leveraged for process improvements. Excellent analytical skills are required, with the ability to extract, analyze and report on information gathered from internal systems, databases, and external resources. What you'll be doing Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements that support the development of data products and AI solutions. * Develop and document as-is and to-be use cases using a Behavior Driven Development approach * Assist with the development and execution of test plans * Support the entire software development lifecycle * Document product capabilities and serve as a product subject matter expert * Assess the impact of bugs and perform gap analysis * Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and optimize business processes using data-driven approaches * Participate in Discovery team cadence meetings and clear team blockers * Keep team members informed of items that impact their day to day duties * Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, data analytics, and related technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive. What you will need to be successful * Minimum 3 years' experience in business requirements analysis with specific experience in data searching. Experience should include flow modeling, Stakeholder knowledge extraction and sharing. * Strong knowledge and experience in data product creation, AI, and related technologies. * Experience in SQL Queries and process flow is preferred. * Excellent technical skills and proficiency as well as an innate commitment to service excellence in combination with extraordinary people skills * Highly adaptable, with the ability to rapidly assimilate new information and self-direct in the identification of team, system, and project implications * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detail * An understanding of healthcare financial accounts (HSA, HRA, and FSA) and healthcare insurance is highly desirable * Experience gathering and documenting business requirements * Experience creating and/or executing user acceptance test plans * Ability to identify product implications of process and technology changes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult with users and understand, assess, and present their needs * Well organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous assignments

Salary Range

$99500.00 To $159500.00  / year
