Ken Garff Automotive Group Inbound Customer Service Representative (On Site) - Ken Garff Listening Center in Draper, Utah

The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for onsite Inbound Customer Service Representatives!

Listening Cente r is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:00 Saturdays— closed Sunday .

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.

  • Determine customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.

  • Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.

  • Document and update customer records.

  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships.

  • Be a team player and uphold the Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Equipment Requirements:

  • An iPhone or Smart Phone (Any Manufacturer)

Qualifications:

  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service oriented.

  • Proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm

  • The ability to help solve customer problems

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)

  • Ability to multitask, organize & prioritize—in other words, work smart.

  • Previous customer service or call center experience a plus.

  • Must have Smart Phone (Any Manufacturer)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!

Job Type : On Site | Full-Time (35-40 hour work week)
