Domotz, Inc. in Draper, Utah seeks for a full-time Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Job duties: Responsible for the overall customer experience strategy and execution. Lead the strategy for partnerships and customers relationships that aligns to -- and drives -- company goals and key business outcomes, such as revenue gains, cost savings, and improvements to the company'' culture. Manage relationships with customers, partners and resellers. Provide and stimulate a positive and personalized customer experience to ensure the highest retention, an increased adoption and the satisfaction of existing and prospective customers. Be the customer's voice within the company: collect crucial information from customers and partners, which is useful for the roadmap definition and for the prioritization of product enhancements and fixes. Oversee and manage the Customer Success and the Account Management teams. Oversee and manage key customer interactions and assure that the company is adequately responding to complaints, concerns and suggestions for improvement. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience: identify and fill product and competitors' gaps and generate new ideas. Act as a product evangelist to build customers' awareness and understanding. Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services. Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology. Create overall customer experience standards and practices and ensure adherence. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the customer experience landscape. Work with the top management team to ensure the customer experience process integrates with day-to-day tasks and software development. Ensure that the developments meet user and commercial objectives, that the work is delivered on time, to budget and to the quality standards agreed. Communicate new technology and product strategy to partners, investors and customers. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. Up to 30% domestic travel. Education and Experience required -- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering and 5 years of experience in a technical consultant or business consultant role, providing guidance to technical and business teams. [OR: Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience.] Background -- 3 years of experience with a Master's degree (or 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree) in product management and/or product development roles. 2 years of experience with a Master's degree (or 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree) in software engineering, specifically in research and development. 5 years of experience with a Master's degree (or 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree) overseeing performance monitoring and optimization projects. 5 years of experience with a Master's degree (or 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree) in cross-functional collaboration with technical, business, and customer-facing teams to align customer experience strategies with company goals. 2 years of experience in network monitoring solutions, including protocols, data analysis, and network management technologies. 5 years of experience providing SaaS solutions (as a Vendor) for IT Professionals or Value Added Resellers. 5 years of experience acting as a product evangelist and representing the company to customers, partners, or investors. 2 years of experience seamlessly integrating customer experience strategies into daily operations and software development processes while aligning with user and commercial objectives. 3 years of experience applying Current Customer Experience Trends and Best Practices, including implementing strategies that have led to quantifiable improvements in customer satisfaction, retention rates, revenues expansion, or other relevant performance metrics. Experience providing technical product training (in luding c omplex software) to customers. 3 years of experience installing, configuring and using monitoring solutions to provide information which can be used for optimizing processes, networks and applications. 2 years of experience working closely with UX and UI teams and actively influencing user experience (UX) design, defining product roadmaps, and prioritizing feature enhancements and fixes based on data-driven insights.
