Summary: Sevan is seeking qualified candidates for an entry level Licensing Coordinator position. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Licensing Administration with a growing company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the professional licensing of Sevan-s architecture, engineering, and construction teams, Sevan-s business registrations, and other duties in support of Sevan-s corporate goals. The role can expect to be involved with the management of third-party vendors maintaining such licensing and registration and will assist the Contracts team with contract drafting. In this position the individual must demonstrate an ability to proactively manage third-party vendors, effectively communicate status of license and registration applications and renewals, and maintain positive working relationships with both internal customers and external points of contact. This is a full time opportunity with Sevan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as point of contact for Sevan-s registered agent in the US and Canada

  • Promptly respond to requests for information from third-party vendors

  • Monitor and process all business registrations and renewals

  • Monitor and process all applications for architectural, engineering, and general contracting licensing; monitor and process renewals of the same

  • Research licensing requirements in various jurisdictions to support operations

  • Maintain detailed and organized files to track license and registration related documents, including authorizations and correspondence.

  • Provide support with the preparation and revision of contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Professional Service Agreements, Statements of Work and Work Orders.

  • Respond to correspondence from external and internal stakeholders.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor-s degree or equivalent experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in licensing administration

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective oral and written communications, including business writing.

  • Analytical reasoning and problem solving.

  • File organization

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (especially strong skills in Word and Excel)

  • Experience in architecture, engineering and construction industry preferred
