The CNC Setup Operator utilizes advanced skills to set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines for precision machining of high-quality components.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in the setup and operation of CNC machines.

  • Strong understanding of machining principles and precision measurement.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving for CNC machine issues.

  • Knowledge of tool selection, cutting speeds, and feeds.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
