Allied Machine & Engineering CNC Maintenance Technician in Dover, Ohio

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Maintenance Technician, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our CNC machines. The work schedule is afternoon to support our 24/7 facility. Additional shift premium applies.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure continuous operation.

  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement improvements and upgrades.

  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

  • Conduct routine inspections to proactively address potential issues.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.

  • Experience with CNC machines and CNC machine maintenance is a plus.
