You will work collaboratively to ensure the health and safety of those on your caseload. You’ll train staff and provide client education to ensure that all healthcare needs are being addressed. You’ll also act as a liaison between the agency and medical providers, communicating, scheduling appointments, and advocating as needed.: About You: You are a caretaker at heart and find yourself at your happiest when you are making things happen for others.
