Hello! Adecco is partnering again with a great client of ours based in commercial collections as a Sales Representative! This is a contract-to-hire position that is on site in Dover, DE. Responsibilities & Requirements:

-High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.

-A minimum of 2 years of sales, sales management or business experience in a commercial collection sales agency preferred.

-Ability to aggressively pursue new business.

-Self-motivated, strong work ethic, excellent presentation skills desired.

-Goal-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficient personal computer skills.

-Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written and oral communication skills a must.

-Ability to speak in an articulate manner with business owners, credit & collection managers, controllers, chief financial officers and other appropriate contacts regarding their aged receivables and business needs respectively.

-Ability to work independently in a team fostered setting.

-Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.

-Ability to prioritize and organize work.

-Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule when needed to complete client related tasks.

-MS Outlook, MS Word MS Excel knowledge necessary.

-Base Salary 30-48K depending on experience plus commission

  • Bilingual skills a plus.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $48.00 per year
