Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum two years of experience in human services and at least one year of supervisory experience. Bachelor\'s degree preferred but not required. Must be medication administration certified or eligible for certification, as well as able to complete all other required training.

Some travel is required, must have a valid driver\'s license, and meet driver\'s requirements per regulations.

Full-time, non-exempt position, 40 hours/week with varying schedule, including some evenings and possible weekend hours. Emergency coverage and on-call coverage are required.

Major Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Training and supervising all direct support professional staff
  • Developing and maintaining staffing schedules and staffing ratio
  • Development and monitoring of all participant goals
  • Maintain attendance billing
  • Manage staffing and expenses within the budget, coordinate food shopping, and order supplies.
  • Maintain vehicle service schedule
  • Compliance with all regulations, policies, procedures, surveys, and audits
  • Schedule and arrange all medical appointments, oversight of medication administration and medical requirements
  • Per regulation, oversee daily documentation of all services and complete manager entries into electronic files
  • Monitor all functions of assigned residential site operations

Job Type: Full-time:

Pay: \$22.50 - \$29.75 per hour
