Dunkin' Multi-Unit Manager/District Manager in Douglasville, Georgia

H&H Management Group, LLC is looking for someone responsible for leading overall operations for 6 stores (going on 7 and more), including recruiting, onboarding, training, management development, following all food safety/health requirements and ensuring great guest experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Team Environment

  • Hire, train and develop store managers

  • Communicate job expectations to store managers

  • Plan, monitor, appraise and review their managers job performance

  • Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate

Operational Excellence

  • Lead and develop operational strategy for multiple stores

  • Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant

  • Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals

  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws

  • Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed

  • Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards

  • Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements

Profitability

  • Control costs to help maximize profitability

  • Ensure all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner

  • Ensure all new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling

  • Set sales goals and track results

Compensation:

  • Competitive Salary ($65,000 - $85,000) + Bonus

Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple restaurants with proven success

  • Fluent in English

  • Knowledge of financial management

  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience

  • At least 18 years of age

  • High School diploma, or equivalent

  • Must have anytime availability and work all shifts
