*PART-TIME POSITION FOR NOT MORE THAN 24 HOURS PER WEEK. *REQUIREMENTS:Applicant must have experience transporting clients and/or be over the age of 25, pass auto insurance criteria and have a valid driver's license; posses a minimum of a high school diploma or GED or a higher degree in any human relations discipline. *REPORTS TO: Position reports to Group Home Case Manager *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Be observant of changes in resident client functioning, informing primary therapist of observed changes and working with the clinical team to assist clients progress in independent living skills. 2.Monitor and document clients self-administration of medications. 3.Document clients behavior and functioning every shift. 4.Assist clients with the development of weekly menus and grocery shopping and chores, as well as planned weekly activities. 5.Assist clients in their development of independent living skills, which include cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, socialization and skill
