Hourly Rate: $18.33 - $20.48

Job Description: Responsible for working with clubhouse members in the home and school setting to work on individual skills setting to achieve goals and facilitating clubhouse groups focusing on skill development. Responsible for transporting clubhouse members safely to and from clubhouse and on clubhouse trips. Responsible for organizing and obtaining authorization for transportation, as well as maintaining cleanliness of 15 passenger van while assuring inspections and maintenance are completed. Responsible for light housekeeping responsibilities in the facility (taking out trash, wiping down desks, etc.).

Job Responsibilities: Will work Monday-Friday 40hrs/week (hours vary depending on van routes after group ends at 6pm). Will work on Saturdays at least once a month for youth activities (hours to be flexed during week).

Competencies: Knowledge of community resources and connections. Knowledge of recovery process and symptom management. Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Knowledge of basic computer skills.

Required Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED and 3 years of mental health experience; bachelors degree in a helping field preferred. Valid Georgia drivers license and clear MVR. Must be at least 21 years old to transport.
