UAS Program Management - Research and Technology

In your role, you will

  • Collaborate in the development of an assigned strategic technology project involving Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)

  • Support planning of design activities from concept to entry into service of clean sheet aircraft

  • Support problem-solving for all program and engineering disciplines

  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams

  • Liaise with partners, collaborators and suppliers

  • Lead program discussion, meetings and reviews across internal teams as well as partners and suppliers

  • Lead closure of phases including Engineering, Operations and Quality to a sufficient level of quality and maturity

  • Manage budget/financials for large project

  • Work in a leadership role with Operations/Manufacturing/Quality

  • Lead Program governance and support creation and delivery of executive updates

As our ideal candidate

  • You have a bachelor’s degree engineering

  • You have 5-8 years of experience in aerospace industry

  • Program Management & Operational exposure experience is an asset

  • You are autonomous, result-driven and enthusiastic with strong work ethics

  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You can manage multiple projects and tasks

  • You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience. You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork

  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint or Sharepoint

  • Knowledge of Siemens Suite (ex. Teamcenter) is an asset
