What are your contributions to the team?

• Supports departmental alignments by ensuring the application of OHS processes (operating procedures and systems).

• Participates in the implementation of a preventive culture by empowering customers (managers, etc.).

• Participates in the development of solutions leading to the reduction of risks associated with production activities.

• Advises, supports and coach internal customers (production, union, services).

• Participate in the development and deployment of OHS programs and tools.

• Conduct on-site qualitative and quantitative OHS risk analyses.

• Carry out trend analysis of OHS data and identify areas for improvement.

• Is competent and possesses the skills to conduct sector OHS audits / inspections with stakeholders.

• Acts as a technical specialist, mentoring and sharing knowledge with customers in areas of expertise such as: ergonomics, machine safety, industrial hygiene, environment.

• Maintains relationships with internal and external collaborators based on trust and respect (customers, trade unions).

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a DEC, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to Health and Safety.

• You have at least 5 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• You have strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• You have the ability to think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze and solve problems.

• You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of several projects simultaneously

• You have excellent IT skills
