What are we looking for?

A Resort Hub Sales Agent serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Meet, greet, and approach the guests in resorts, water parks, restaurants, swimming pools, beaches and any other may be required.

• Selling and implementing strategies for business growth, including upselling programs to many revenue-generating outlets. i.e., resort outlets, weddings, BBQs, etc.

• Communicate effectively with hotel teams and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on the requirements of guests.

• Offer and explains to guests the facility of the resort, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the guest’s needs.

• Answers guests’ questions and inquiries.

• Seek verbal feedback from guests regularly and respond to all Guest queries promptly and efficiently.

• Perform hotel site tours with guests.

• Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.

• Design, upload, extract and maintain customer databases.

• Collect payment and do reservations in different system

• Manage, record, and resolve promptly Guest complaints, and be able and empowered to resolve situations to completion towards complete guest satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the resort, villas and water park.

• Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas

• Attend all daily briefings and related Meetings.

• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation

• Act by policies and procedures when working with equipment and property management systems

• Assist with other departments, as necessary.

• Ensure the monthly target is met for guest satisfaction, Sales target on all areas.

• Perform courtesy calls to all guests to ensure satisfaction during the stay and ensure all the guests left the property happy and satisfied.
