    Job Duties:

    • Performs all Air Terminal Operations Center (ATOC) functions including but not limited to: Information Control, Ramp Control, Capability Forecasting, Load Planning, and Data Records

    • Enforces policies, directs personnel, and establishes procedures to process, load, document, and report passengers and cargo transported by air

    • Prepares, completes, and sends all daily, weekly, monthly reports as required by management

    • Prepares, completes, and maintains air movement’s records, documents, load plans and shippers declaration of Dangerous Goods (SDDG)

    • Prepares and maintains weight and balance records and cargo manifests

    • Uses computer systems (GATES) to provide in-transit visibility over cargo and passenger movement operations

    • Maintains daily flight schedule and Sequence of Events (SOE) board utilizing GDSS2 (Global Decision Support System), GATES and local Prior Permission Required (PPR) log

    • Utilize Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES) to load plan cargo and passenger missions

    • Ensure all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements are properly and accurately accomplished

    • Perform supplemental duties in ATOC or other Air Operations work centers as required by supervisor or manager

    Certification/Education Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Air Cargo/Air Freight/Air Terminal/Ramp Operations

    • Minimum 1 year customer service experience

    • Possess working knowledge of GATES or the ability to be trained

    • Ability to work in extremely fast paced environment with ability to seamlessly multi-task

    • Ability to obtain common access card (CAC)

    • Possess a valid driver’s license IAW host nation

    • P ossess or have the ability to obtain HAZMAT Inspector/Preparer certification

    • P ossess or have the ability to obtain joint inspector certification
