Description and Requirements

Responsible for sales atmotorola.com.mx and the native e-comm considering 1P (direct sales) y 3P (marketplace)

  • Contribute to successful results and sales targets

  • Stock planning and strategy

  • Implementing promotions & prices

  • Monitoring the main KPIs (Sales, Operation and Marketing)

Definition of Marketingactivities to promote sales, in agreement with Marketing Team

Partnership development with other companies as Rewards Companies, Online Discount Engines (Banks, Rewards Programs, Digital Discount Sites)

Requirements

  • Design, develop and implement sales strategies and goals within the window e-commerce.

  • Strong experience in e-commerce and marketplace.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
