About the role

This position will be based in Geelong and surrounding areas.

Working for a global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) you will be provided with a range of exciting opportunities, including exposure to our in-house product training with Chillers and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Day to day this role will involve routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Routine troubleshooting

  • Testing repairs and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment

  • Taking ownership of problems and following through to resolution

  • Focusing on high standards of quality, delivery excellence whilstexceeding customer service expectations

  • Involvement in growing our sales, increasing our market share and growing the net profitability of our company

Requirements:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are, proactive, professional, punctual, well presented and possess a can-do attitude.

As a minimum you must have:

  • A high level of communication skills (oral and written)

  • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures

  • Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components

  • Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

  • Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence

  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence
