What you will do:

As our future Commercial Contract & Tender Specialist you will be responsible for crucial steps in the tender process (identification, respond and evaluation).

  • Opportunity scouting: monitor a variety of sources (internal/external) to find tenders opportunities for Stryker.

  • You will initiate and lead the tender meetings.

  • You will create input for the qualification criteria in GO/NO GO decision.

  • You will be responsible for the tender action plan; create a list of needed questions, docs, tasks and deadlines.

  • You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team(s) in tender activities.

  • You will communicate status updates and timelines pro-actively with all stakeholders.

  • You will collect all required input/documents.

  • You will manage the content & tender library and maintain up to date documents.

  • You will maintain a Tender forecast for our senior management.

  • You will manage the distribution of draft and finalized contracts (internal and external).

  • You will manage contract renewals through Nexus, and the contract compliance tools.

  • You will maintain and develop the internal contract management system, providing easy access to all proposals and contracts.

  • You will insure contract compliance tracking of sales and volume performance against customer commitments.

  • You will update, maintain and optimize the opportunity tracker and pipeline.

Your profile and who you are:

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Tenders & Contracts

  • You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration/economics/law, etc.

  • You are a native French and Dutch speaker (or you have a professional working proficiency) and you have a good level of English.

  • You are a highly disciplined individual who can work with deadlines and is a process savvy.

  • You are a team player - diplomatic but also focused on hitting deadlines in a high pressure environment.

  • You have strong communication skills and strong writing/bid text authoring skills.

  • You have the ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.

  • Most importantly: driven to work everyday to make healthcare better!! :)
