Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire Commercial proposal process while providing cross-functional leadership to Risk, OTR, Finance, Legal, Product Lines, Digital, Engineering to structure effective MYA Solutions

  • Lead and drive commercial proposals for identified deals

  • Own compliance with Policy 5.0 including deviation approvals and documentation.

  • Provide CS deal structuring, risk management and T&C’s negotiation subject matter expertise to deal teams.

  • Collaborate with Power SME’s as required to manage commercial risk.

  • Work closely with New Equipment Team to drive an economically viable and competitive New Equipment CSA offerings

  • Proven expertise in value creation and development jointly with Customers aimed at improving CCGT competitiveness.

  • Lead or support Customer-oriented creative solutions to drive growth via CSA

  • Lead the efforts to influence cross-functional business teams to drive outcomes and problem solve to close renegotiation and NU MYA in a timely manager.

  • Own and drive MYA Commercial Operations KPI and Policy 5.0 for all commercial offerings

  • Proactively engage Risk and OTR to analyze critical areas and develop growth opportunities in the existing CS portfolio

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and development for the commercial teams to attract, retain, grow and build the MYA talent pipeline.

  • Ensuring regional compliance with MYA commercial standards

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Significant experience in MYA commercial operations and/or risk management

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through either direct or indirect team management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/execution leadership experience in market economics, competitive issues, technology, and projects, preferably in the power generation industry.

  • Strong financial management skills; MYA accounting expertise and controllership fluency.

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and team building skills; proven ability to work well in a matrix environment

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Product management or commercial experience

  • Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills

  • Integrity: accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
