Adecco US, Inc. Financial Analyst in Dfw Airport, Texas

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Financial Analyst with a local client at DFW Airport. Pay is based upon experience from $34-$38/hr base plus bonus. The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy and clarity of financial accounts and serving as a key financial partner to other departments.

Duties:

  • Report to the company's CFO.

  • Provide timely periodic and ad hoc financial reports to the management team, analyze and communicate variances to plans, and offer performance improvement recommendations.

  • Oversee the monthly consolidation process within the group and deliver comprehensive financial analysis within the deadlines set by the company's management, GE, and Safran.

  • Handle the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) of the company.

  • Develop, deploy, and communicate ongoing monitoring of relevant business metrics across financial and non-financial areas.

  • Assist other departments in tracking their financial performance and evaluating financials on projects and deals.

  • Conduct continuous improvement actions and system upgrades to streamline administrative processes and enhance company performance.

Requirements:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA highly desirable

  • 5 years' experience in financial controlling or equivalent.

  • Experience working with IT staff to manage finance and accounting software packages.

  • French language skills are a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Understanding of general ledger coding.

  • Knowledge of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Strong research and analysis skills.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent ability to summarize complex analyses in simple and concise presentations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a preference for multicultural environments.
