We are offering an exciting opportunity for an. IT Auditor in Detroit, Michigan. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in the growth and success of our business in the telecom industry. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct IT audits, ensuring the efficiency and security of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT audits, including SOX general control reviews, ERP based application and configuration controls

• Utilize your proficient knowledge of SAP to perform IT core and joint operational and financial reviews, particularly within manufacturing industries

• Understand and apply audit and security standards in day-to-day work

• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to relay findings and recommendations

• Showcase a high level of analytical and problem-solving ability to address usual and difficult problems

• Develop audit plans and execute and document work in accordance with corporate policy

• Conduct planning meetings with audited groups' leadership and allocate work appropriately within the audit team

• Understand appropriate business aspects, risks, potential fraud, performance requirements, and control processes

• Perform and oversee risk analysis, dealing with conflict resolution when needed

• Maintain technical competency and effective working relationships

Requirements • Proficient in Audit, specifically in Information Systems and Operational fields.

• Knowledgeable in Audit Compliance and able to handle Audit Engagements professionally.

• Capable of comprehensively reviewing and reporting on Audit Findings.

• Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley 404 Compliance is required.

• Must have a strong understanding of IT systems and processes.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting IT audits in a senior role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA are desirable.

• Prior experience in a similar role within a large organization is an advantage.
