Amazon Senior Product Manager, Fleet Technology Products & Analytics in Detroit, Michigan

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for Amazon's automated inspection products including product requirements, delivery, and customer experience. This includes leading initiatives across safety, brand standards, and the repair lifecycle. The primary users of this product are Amazon Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and Delivery Associates (DAs) as well as the internal teams using inspection data to improve experiences for these customers. Automated inspections is an initiative in which vehicles are scanned for issues using technology rather than performing a manual inspection. This not only saves time by eliminating physical inspection tasks but also provides a systematic and objective way of preventing vehicles on the road that have safety concerns. You will work with third-party partners, internal Amazon application teams, and our DSPs/DAs to create a delightful user experience based upon cutting edge technology.

Key job responsibilities

This role is responsible for product delivery and for working cross-functionally across internal and external teams. This role will develop and scale a new global business opportunity. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and team oriented. About the team

The Fleet Technology Products & Analytics team delivers technical products to help Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) keep their delivery vehicles healthy and safe to meet customer expectations. We strive to improve the end-to-end fleet management experience through technology so that our partners can focus on delivering packages safely and on time. To get there we need exceptionally talented, bright, dynamic, and driven people to innovate on behalf of our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
