*Position Duties: *Work with a centralized team of data scientists, system engineers, and report developers in collaboration with global contact center business customers to design and develop analytical reports and dashboards. Design and develop reports, analytics, dashboards by interpreting business requirements. Text analytics for case notes and survey responses. Ensure the implementation of customer requirements to achieve the final solution. Effectively communicate with technical peers as well as business management to provide effective analytics. Organize and combine data sets to effectively provide business insights to management-level audiences.
