Wayne State University is searching for an experiencedResearch Assistant- Psychologyat its Detroit campus location.

Essential functions (job duties):

Screening and scheduling families from the Metro Detroit community.

Identify and recruit potential participants.

Leading data collection efforts.

Managing a team of research assistants.

Coordinate between multiple campus research labs for scheduling the delivery of participant biospecimen.

Work with the senior research team to discuss study progress and produce progress summaries and reports.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

Flexible working hours.

Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, drive to complete tasks independently.

Team management skills.

Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.

At least one year of research experience.

Excellent communication skills.
