Motorola Solutions is a world leader in the field of professional mobile communications systems, public safety software, and mobile video with an impressive heritage of technological innovations and a global base of installed systems. The group's main business is the implementation of these mission critical systems for Government & Public Safety customers.Job Description The position is responsible for organizing and completing project setup activities. Assists in planning, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring portfolio of projects. The Coordinator is responsible for verifying information in the project quote is correct including the project scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Assists in managing stakeholder relationships and project definitions and submissions. Contributes to the maintenance and updating of internal process documentation. Assists in developing and maintaining project management best practices. Some of the expected responsibilities include:
Receive/Review project creation email
Confirm links to folder are correct
Confirm files are in correct location
Work with partner teams to review data
Preferred qualifications: Associate's Degree or higher
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

HS diploma or equivalent.
