Manager, Financial Operations (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Detroit, MI. Helps clients transform their finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes and to optimize the use of technology and resources to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services to all stakeholders. Conducting data cleansing, conversion, migration, and work planning and executing in Maximo and/or SAP. Manage on-shore and off-shore resources to organize and profile large data sets to develop risk models. Design, implement, and support cross-functional business process improvements and associated technology solutions and enhancements. Build and maintain client relationships. Supervise and coach teams.

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Construction Management, Project Engineering, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.

 

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Construction Management, Project Engineering, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

 

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

 

  • Participating in the assessment and improvement of business processes, including leveraging SAP and/or Maximo application modules;
  • Leveraging proven knowledge and experience in gas transmission and/or distribution engineering, construction, or integrity management operations;
  • Designing, implementing, and supporting cross-functional business process improvements and associated technology solutions and enhancements; and
  • Utilizing Data analytics skills and experience developing mathematical models in R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, and/or SPSS.

     

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
